Ann’s Star Seed Story
Ann has spent nearly than 30 years exploring the Ufological & Extraterrestrial phenomenon.
Her work as a QHHT practitioner has expanded her knowledge significantly, giving her deeper insights into the Cosmic arena.
Having been an Astral Contactee * all her life, Ann is piecing together her own memories & experiences that are gradually
forming an extraordinary existence here on earth as a Cosmic Ambassador or Starseed ambassador.
The revelations of her hidden life story is helping her understand her TRUE MISSION on earth.
She is also a Walk-In**
Ann has uncovered lost memory through reading or hearing other people’s stories which have triggered & validated her own memories,
helping them to come forward so she can understand them better.
Often it's incremental so as not to disturb or disrupt the harmony of her well-being.
Dolores Cannon’s books helped enormously in the first years of awakening those lost memories & encounters.
Through different methods like theta healing & hypnosis - self hypnosis, alternative therapy hypnosis
& later through Dolores Cannon’s QHHT hypnosis, Ann has been able to remove the Fear
which kept her from looking at this part of her life & instead offered her a sense of acceptance.
Ann does NOT consider herself an expert in the Ufological, Extraterrestrial or Disclosure field -
far from it, as the information is so vast.
However she feels she is knowledgeable enough to assist others who are awakening to their own Cosmic origin story.
She is becoming more confident in sharing her stories, but like many, she is still cautious as to whom it is shared with.
Her work as a QHHT practitioner has also helped numerous people access their origin story & their true mission here on earth.
Many are Volunteers as Dolores Cannon discovered & wrote about her in book “The Three Waves of Volunteers”
a collective cosmic awakening that assisted 10s of 1000s of people across the globe to remember who they are.

In September 2024, Ann began an intentional evening meditation practice to connect with ETs & calling in UFOs.
During this time, a Higher-dimensional (ET) contact or guide presented herself & began instructing Ann
on how to connect to her Star Family & UFOs (related to them) in a safe way.
Ann refers to her as the White Lady.
The White Lady is not quite an Extra-terrestrial as she is considered a Being of Higher Consciousness &
intelligence, which many ETs go to for guidance as well.
Upon following the White Lady's guidance, Ann was instructed to create
an online ET meet-up group to chat & share with like-minded cosmic friends.
It is often a place where we reflect on personal & public Disclosure events -
from UFO sightings to personal contact memories or stories. It’s a place that offers insights, advice, & validation.
It is a space that everyone feels confident to share without interference.

*Astral Contactee - Ann’s term. One who has memory of contact mostly in the Astral as physical evidence of contact is not yet available or is not able to be verified at this time). It is difficult to ascertain unless witnessed whether physically leaving to engage in contact or only astral. All is valid we are still learning how it all works.
** Walk In - a person who’s original soul has been “swapped out” or a Higher aspect of the Soul has entered - like a fusing or braiding.
Often the experience occurs after a traumatic event. The Higher Soul or alter soul can enter (not a possession) to assist or teach the original soul or to take over from the original.
Often the person experiences a great shift in their personality, even physical attributes or characteristics can change.
