We also boast one of the best Winery regions in Australia. So if you are travelling down to see Ann for your session, make sure to set aside an extra day or 2 to explore the area's - beaches, wineries, forests, caves, galleries, cafes, restaurants & so much more.

**Full payment (Theta Healing & Counselling) or Deposit payment (QHHT only )
is to be made upon booking appointment to secure sessions.
No sessions will be secured until payment is received.
Follow instructions on each page for How To Book/ Pay
Please consider the following conditions carefully -
Cancellations & Refund policy
Cancellations must be made 48 hours or more prior to session. Sessions may be rescheduled in this time.
If cancelling Theta Healing or Counselling sessions without rescheduling within the given 48 hours required period of notification,
then a refund minus admin fee of $20 may be available. Refunds may take up to 14 days.
Please note No Refunds will be given upon cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice.
There are No Refunds on QHHT deposit payments. These are Non Refundable.
Cancellations or rescheduling also requires a min of 48 hours notice prior to session date.
If full payment was made on booking QHHT appointment,
then the same Refund conditions apply as for Theta healing & Counselling.
Deposits are transferable to re-scheduled appointments.
Re-scheduling will be at the discretion of the Practitioner.
