How do I know which service to choose?

Often its hard when you land on a healing website & see a list of services on offer, half of which you don't have a clue what they're for. It's alright if you're already in the know & understand the lingo, but what if you don't?
I totally get it & I'm hoping to make the list of my services easier for you to choose from.

Firstly, you need to decide if you are wanting to have someone just sit & listen to you while you talk about your life journey & issues. Perhaps you have something greater needing to be cleared off your chest, or maybe you want some direction & a way to move past any obstacles that are preventing you from making progress. Sometimes it could be a deeper trauma that needs to be healed but you aren't quite sure how to go about it & what direction to go in ie: more traditional types of therapy or an alternative spiritual route?

For those of you who just want to talk or are uncertain which direction to go in, I would suggest beginning with a regular Counselling session. A good ol' one on one session, chatting about what's happening in your life & sounding out what options may be available to you should you decide to go deeper in your healing journey.
These sessions are 1 & 1/2 hours long, giving you plenty of time to uncover the main issue/s presenting in your life now.
It gives you a chance to get to know Ann & see what she would suggest or recommend going forward. The good thing is these can be scheduled online or in-person so it does not matter where you are in the world, you can have a counselling session.

What about those of you who know what your issues are & you've tried the counselling route but you just don't seem to be getting anywhere. You may have tried all the traditional therapy options out there but are still not finding any relief. You've reached your end & are feeling frustrated at not being able to make inroads or headway in your healing. Perhaps you have dire physical illness or issues or long term mental health concerns or are struggling in life because of deep-seated past trauma. • Body Scan - I do a thorough check through your body to see where issues are (illnesses, physical issues etc) & receive insights into the problems as well as activate healing.
• Origin - Where do I come from? This is a fun way to see where your soul originates from. Not just from Source but where it most strongly identifies itself with in the cosmos. We also ask for your Soul name.

I love these sessions as they are a way for me to share some of my intuitive/ psychic abilities by tapping into your HighSelf to give you information & healing. Some people even like to mix it up a little & combine these sessions into one session time, so they may wish for a Chakra balancing & an Origin session booked in together at the same time.
All these mini-sessions are done Online ONLY. They run between 30 mins - 1 hour, depending on which session you're opting in for. You will receive a FULL REPORT after each session. You can record the information whilst I am reporting it back to you, so you have it on hand to re-listen to anytime.
